Welcome to Crops Under Cover! Crops Under Cover is a multi-year project dedicated to developing protection systems for organic fruits and vegetables. Our focus is on the benefits of protective row covers for pest, disease, and climate protection, as well as overcoming some challenges associated with these techniques — such as managing weeds, integrating row covers into diversified rotations, making their use more profitable, and how to use plastics most sustainably in agroecosystems.
